Kim DeMado Design Studio (a division of DeMado Enterprises, LLC) offers event planning, home styling, and creative design services in private, rented, or client-provided spaces. While we uphold high standards of care, creativity, and attention to detail, participation in any event, installation, or on-site design service may involve inherent risks.
 

These risks may include, but are not limited to, accidental injury, property damage, or unforeseen incidents during installations, set-ups, event execution, or client involvement in the creative process. By choosing to participate or engage in services, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily assuming all such risks.
 

By agreeing to our services, you confirm that:

• You are over the age of 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement.

• You understand that all services are provided in good faith and are not a substitute for any medical, structural, or safety certifications.

• You accept full responsibility for any personal or property-related risks associated with your participation or presence at a styled or planned event or space.
   

Waiver and Release:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby waive and release any claims or liabilities against Kim DeMado Design Studio, DeMado Enterprises, LLC, and any of their officers, employees, contractors, or agents, for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during or resulting from the services rendered.
 

You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kim DeMado Design Studio from any claims, suits, or expenses arising from your actions or those of individuals under your supervision while engaging with our services or attending a styled event or space.
 

I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk. I acknowledge that by proceeding with services, I am agreeing to the terms outlined above.
